About The Author
Giuseppe Vincenzo Vumbacco holds degrees from Bowdoin College (1967 - English); Syracuse University College of Law, cum laude, 1970; and, a Certification of Completion of Finance for Senior Executives from the Harvard Business School. In the early 1970's, he practiced corporate law with Mudge Rose Guthrie & Alexander in Manhattan, then went on to hold senior executive positions with two NYSE firms. In 2001, he became CEO and President of then HMA (NYSE), a Fortune 600 Company from which he retired at age 62. He then engaged a private tutor to learn Italian because he didn't want to die speaking only English. He’s a 32nd degree Master Mason, dividing his time between Florida, New York and Maine.
